When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com. Please note that this is a confirmation that we received your order request. Your order fulfilment confirmation will be sent when the order has shipped. One of our customer service representatives will reach out if there are any issues with your order.
Please note that during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching your order due to high order volumes.
We want to thank you for shopping with us this Holiday Season! We strive to ship out your order as quick as possible but due to a higher volume of shipments this season, please be advised that Canada Post and UPS are experiencing longer than normal delays in delivering packages. Our shipping window is an estimate for delivery time and once the order has been shipped it is no longer within our control. To ensure any delays in delivering your order are minimised, we recommend using a work address or an address where a person is physically present and is authorised by you to accept your order.
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure adjustments can be applied. If your order has been dispatched, we will assist with a redelivery depending on the status of your shipment. Please note that this may increase delivery time by up to 7 days.
Kindly note delays to deliveries may occur due to circumstances outside Cold Attitude’s control (such as weather, industrial disputes, etc). Pre-order products are subject to the delivery dates indicated at the time of purchase and may be subject to change.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday.

What items are returnable?
Items delivered within 10 days from when received.
All tags must be attached. Package intact and product is unused.
What items are non-refundable?
Any on sale item including holiday specials or exclusive coupon codes used at checkout.
Any Shipping charges, except where we have an error.
How do I get refunded?

You will receive a store credit for the amount purchased valid only online.
Once the return is confirmed and approved it will typically take between 48 hours to receive your e-gift card.
Credit is not valid in any retail or physical distribution outlets that is not coldattitude.com

We’re so sorry your item didn’t work out. Please read below to assist you on how we can make your experience with us a bit better.
Cold Attitude aims to ensure its customers full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for online store will be given for retail price of the item(s) purchased.
Customers must provide their own shipping label and are responsible for shipping the item back. For instructions on how and where to send your item, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
