WHAT COURIER PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Processing takes 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipments usually take 4-5 business days to arrive. International shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 business day. After that we are unable to cancel any order submitted.
I'VE ADDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS; HOW DO I CHANGE IT?
You must contact us via email email@example.com to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order has shipped (typically within 1 business day). Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address yourself after the order has been shipped out.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?
Shipping confirmation should be released via email within 1-3 business days after purchase. If you are an international customer, shipping confirmation may take 2-4 business days. If you still don’t have it, make sure to check your spam or promotions folder. If still an issue, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TOO?
At the moment we currently ship out nationally to Canada and internationally to America. Purchases outside of these regions will not be processed.
